The one aesthetic treatment that keeps me up at night? Nose filler. And I won’t do it. 🙅♀️
Non-surgical nose jobs are popular right now. Patients ask me for them frequently— and I get it. The before-and-afters look incredible, it’s a fraction of the cost of surgery, no downtime. On paper, it sounds like a dream.
Here’s why it’s a hard no for me:
The nose has some of the trickiest blood supply on the entire face. The vessels there connect back toward the eyes, which means a vascular complication in this area isn’t “we’ll dissolve it and try again.” We’re talking about real risk of tissue death — and in rare cases, vision loss. Permanent.
Could I do it? Technically, yes. Do I think the reward is worth that risk for my patients? No. Not even close.
I’d rather be the provider who tells you the truth and refers you to a surgeon than the one who chases a trend and gambles with your face. Being good at this job isn’t just knowing what I can inject — it’s knowing what I won’t.
Your safety will always outrank a trend. Every single time. 🤍
Save this if you want a provider who cares more about your safety than your sale
