Hi, I’m Britt 🙋‍♀️

And I’m a board certified women’s health nurse practitioner who finally embraced my true gifts as a womb healer and sacred space holder.

I combine years of clinical experience with intuitively guided healing modalities to help women feel fully alive in their bodies 🙌

I know how it feels to be disconnected, exhausted, and lacking that creative spark, and I love helping women plug back into source energy so they can be channels for divine creation.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the noise in the wellness space and are ready to bring your body back online, I would love to chat.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see in fertility care is the idea that there has to be a culprit.

Her hormones.
His s***m.
Her age.
His lifestyle.

But most of the time, fertility challenges aren’t about one person carrying all of the responsibility.

More often, it’s a collection of small factors on both sides that, together, make conception more difficult.

This is why I believe fertility care should include both partners whenever possible.

Not because anyone is to blame.

But because both partners have the opportunity to improve the environment from which new life is created.

The healthiest pregnancies often begin long before a positive test. They begin when two people decide to invest in their health together.

✨ If you’re trying to conceive, don’t just ask, “What’s wrong?”

Ask, “How can we become healthier together?”

Healing is a frequency and I am here to hold it as I hold you.

Womb healing and pelvic bowl care is the medicine that all women need and almost no one talks about.

If you live in a female body you are a vessel that holds not only what is yours, but energy that belongs to your family, friends, and the collective.

The ability to menstruate means that women have incredible capacity to hold, but are meant to release and renew with each moon cycle.

What was once seen as a gift to the community became distorted and rebranded as dirty, shameful, and inconvenient.
We lost the menstrual wisdom that is our birthright and have been conditioned to keep piling on more and more, holding more and more.

If this resonates, here is your invitation to explore what reconnecting to your womb and her incredible power could look like. And if you’re looking for guidance, I would love to help.

Just send me a DM ♥️

The early postpartum period (which I consider to be the first 6 months after birth) is such a tender time and the truth is, we do not have practices in place to adequately support moms.

In countries (like Malaysia) where postpartum care includes bodywork and nutrition support we see incredibly low rates of postpartum mood disorders (around 3%) versus here in the United States where they are upwards of 20%.

I believe our lack of care for mothers is a women’s health tragedy because what happens during the childbearing years will impact a woman’s health for the rest of her life.

If you’re looking for postpartum healing support, we’d love to take care of you Vssel Care ♥️

What do you think? Has the wellness industry lost the plot?

I’m less than 2 days post surgery and feeling surprisingly good! The most discomfort I’ve experienced is a sore throat from the breathing tube that was placed.

Let’s talk progesterone.

I talk a lot about foundational health because I truly believe the basics matter most: Minerals. Blood sugar balance. Nourishment. Nervous system support. Sleep. Light exposure. Strength training.

But I also think there’s nuance in women’s health.

Sometimes you are doing the foundational things…
and your body still needs a little extra support.

That’s what progesterone has been for me.

I originally started using it because I noticed I was feeling more edgy and overstimulated, especially with my kids, during the second half of my cycle. Less patience. Less resilience. More of that “on edge” feeling in my body even though I was supporting myself in all the foundational ways I normally teach.

And honestly? It helped tremendously.

One thing I personally love is using progesterone in troche form rather than oral capsules.

Troches absorb through the mucosal tissue, which allows more progesterone to have its desired effect rather than being extensively broken down into metabolites through digestion and first-pass metabolism in the liver.

For me, the benefits have looked like:
— a more regulated mood
— deeper, more restorative sleep
— feeling calmer in my nervous system
— and even improved libido

Of course, hormones are never one-size-fits-all and progesterone isn’t appropriate for everyone.

But I also think women deserve more nuanced conversations around hormonal support instead of being told to just push through feeling depleted, anxious, irritable, or disconnected from themselves.

Sometimes the body simply needs more support.
And there’s nothing wrong with that.

I’ve been a women’s health NP for just over 14 years and to be honest, the more I learn, the more I realize how much I still don’t know.

And I think my willingness to keep learning, to pivot, to try things that are “out of the box” is what makes me a really good provider.

If you are looking for someone who’s willing to walk right alongside you on your health journey, I’d be honored ♥️
