Reagan Wood LMT, RYT, received her certification in Therapeutic Massage in 1999 at Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Movement and her certification in yoga teacher training in 2014 at Kali Yuga Yoga. Her focus is to help you to move freely, reduce pain and discomfort, to educate on self care after a session, and to lighten the mental overload, bringing you back down to earth through mindful med

itation. She specializes in connective tissue massage (which is non-invasive and has long lasting results), neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, movement and stretching, raindrop and aroma touch massage, reflexology and applied kinesiology Level 1. More recently she has added yoga to her list of services. By combining massage therapy with yoga, Reagan believes she can bring something unique to the wellness industry. Be Simple Massage is located on Franklin Rd in Brentwood, TN.

💛We are putting out a call to action in hopes to get our dearest Dana Hovan, LMT booked as much as possible this Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
🏃‍♀️💛She is getting a much needed hip replacement sooner than expected and needs to make a little extra cash before she’s on a few weeks leave to heal. Also, you wont be able to receive her super healing massage for a while!!
