The Heritage at Brentwood Welcome to The Heritage, the only Life Plan Community in Williamson County offering true LifeCare®. The Heritage is on a 48-acre campus adjacent to River Park.

The Heritage at Brentwood is a senior living community in Brentwood, TN offering healthy living in five categories: fitness, nutrition, staying active, well-being and health services. Residents and guests can enjoy views of rolling countryside and rich woodlands, with easy access to parks, walking and biking paths, picnic shelters, The Martin Center, and the Williamson County Indoor Sports Complex.
