Daily habits—like posture, thought patterns, and routines—act as invisible forces that impact us far more than we realize.
Learning how to reorganize, rebalance, and improve our coordination is a skill we need for everything we do, from the mundane to the complex.
Our habits don’t disappear once they’re learned, but through the Alexander Technique, we can develop greater awareness, strengthen our kinesthetic sense, and practice reorganizing ourselves while staying present in the moment.
Whether we’re rushing from one errand to another or in the middle of a performance, this is what makes AT so special ❤️

✨ “It’s not what you do, but HOW you do it.”
How often do you think about how you sit, stand, walk, bend, or reach throughout your day?
The way we do these basic, everyday activities impacts us far more than anything else. Small, often unnoticed habits can either create strain—or support ease and balance in the body.
Join me for an Alexander Technique workshop and discover how subtle shifts in awareness can help you move with greater ease, coordination, and freedom—reducing unnecessary stress and tension.
In this workshop, you’ll learn practical tools to:
🌿 Sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach more sustainably
🌿 Improve balance and whole-body coordination
🌿 Reduce excess tension and habitual strain
🌿 Move with more ease, freedom, and comfort
This workshop may be especially helpful for those experiencing:
✨ Chronic pain or tension
✨ Repetitive stress injuries
✨ General stiffness or discomfort
✨ A desire for more ease in daily life
🎭 A great pre-requisite for performers—musicians, actors, dancers, and speakers—looking to build a foundation of ease, presence, and coordination in their craft.
All ages and abilities are welcome.
Gentle movement is involved, though this is not an exercise class.
Come explore a new way of moving—one that supports your whole-body wellbeing. (Link in bio)

Putting yourself out there in the world isn’t easy. Learning how to do it authentically can feel scary 🫣😥
Feeling safe and comfortable is essential in anything you do—especially performing. Everything else comes second.
How we show up for ourselves, for others, and for our art is something I am learning through the Alexander Technique (and will continue to learn for the rest of my life) I will forever be an AT student! 👩‍🎓
I’m so grateful to do this work and support others on their journey. ❤️

✨ Perform with more ease, freedom, and confidence 💃 🎶 🎭

I’m excited to be leading an Alexander Technique Workshop for the Performing Arts Department at Miami Dade College.
Whether you’re a dancer, musician, or actor, this work helps you:
• Release unnecessary tension
• Improve breathing and coordination
• Move more efficiently on stage
• Express yourself more fully and authentically
This isn’t about trying harder—it’s about discovering how to do less and get more out of your performance.

There was a time when pain and anxiety felt like the background noise of my life—constant, shaping how I moved, how I played, how I showed up.
I kept searching for answers… something to “fix” me. What I found instead was the Alexander Technique. Not a quick fix, not a treatment. But an education.
An invitation to pause, to listen and
to notice the habits I didn’t even realize I had.
Little by little, I began to experience something I hadn’t felt in a long time…ease. Less force, more support, more choice.
And over time, my pain faded and that changed everything.
If you’ve been living in a cycle of tension, pushing, or trying to “get it right”… you’re not alone.
There is another way. 🤍

“Musicians Move For A Living!” 🤯 🎶
Once I started seeing myself as making music not just with my arms but with my spine, and especially my legs, things really began to change. My arms started feeling lighter because they weren’t working so hard. The more I didn’t disrupt the flow of movement in my body, I call it, “riding the wave” the more free I felt overall in my playing.
This is what AT strives to teach performers, movement is the key. 🔑
Here are 2 shirts clips from an AT lecture I gave at a Psychology of Music class at .

🌟 Thank you for the opportunity to be one of the visiting artists at Creative Vizcaya. High school students from across Miami came to Vizcaya to explore creativity and work with several local artists.
🌟 In my workshop, students explored what it means to be creative and how we can tap into our creative flow through somatic awareness exercises from the Alexander Technique.
🌟 The session included a guided lie-down, gentle movement, group activities, and time for free drawing and writing—inviting students to slow down, tune in, and discover new pathways to creativity.
