🌿✨ Reminder: Free Outdoor Yoga Class Tomorrow! ✨🌿

Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder that I’ll be holding a free yoga class at St. Mary's by the Sea tomorrow at 11:00 AM! 🌊🧘‍♀️

Join me for 45 minutes of stretching, movement, and mindfulness in the beautiful outdoors. Bring your mat and layers -- it will be chillier side, but don't worry, we will do a warming flow.
