Put them in a container
Each day pick one, burn it without looking at it (giving it to the universe)
One a day until January 1st then on the 1st you open and read that one…

Are you making bigger goals for yourself right now?

Are you aware of the boundaries that you have set for yourself or that you want for yourself?

Are you allowing time for self-care?

Are you aware of the energy around you? Are you aware of the energy you are putting off?

During the summer, it’s so important to be aware of all these things so you do not hit the summer slump.
