Class descriptions:
🧘Chair Yoga: Traditional poses, adapted to make yoga accessible for those who may have mobility, flexibility, or balance challenges. Personal attention provided.
🧘Yoga Moves: Keep your body moving with a slow flow practice, designed for you to experience yoga with comfort and ease.
🧘Wise Warriors: Yoga flows and poses, focusing on posture, alignment and stretches, using breath work at your own pace.
🧘Gentle Flow Yoga: A series of classic yoga poses with a relaxed approach to yoga.
🧘Self Love Yoga: A peaceful & blissful union with yourself. Explore multi-level yoga poses through breath work & hatha (physical) flow, incorporating your mind, body, and spirit.
🧘Rise & Flow Yoga: Beginner friendly. All levels are welcome, as modifications and deeper positions for the poses will be provided.
