Located in the heart of downtown Bridgman in Southwest Michigan., Lake Side Fit started in 2019 offering group fitness classes and since then we have been bring people together within the community and new friendships. We decide

d to expand in February 2020 by building a new studio and convert our old studio into a 24 gym offering cardio equipment, free weights, circuit machines, smith machine/squat rack, and more. Update we have moved to a new location and now offer massage therapy, red light therapy, full spectrum Infrared sauna, and tanning.

Since everybody looked so great in their gray and red yesterday, I decided to be a day late and a dollar short and copy them 😅 Better late than never, right?

But honestly, one of the best things about working out isn’t just getting stronger — it’s how it makes you feel. More energy, more confidence, less stress, and that feeling of being proud of yourself for showing up. Confidence doesn’t come from being perfect, it comes from doing hard things and realizing you’re capable of more than you thought 💪❤️🩶

We just added Elliptical Bikes — the perfect mix of fun, fitness, and adventure. These bikes give you a low-impact, full-body workout while letting you cruise around town and enjoy the outdoors. The way these boys push each other is not only hilarious, but seriously effective for getting a good pump in. A few jokes, a little trash talk, and somehow everyone ends up lifting heavier and working harder.

Feel like you’re hitting a plateau? Sometimes all it takes is a few small adjustments to get over that hump.

Try switching up your routine, tightening up your diet, or adding something new like the rower or stair stepper every day. And don’t be afraid to pick up those heavier weights — it never hurts to try! You’ll probably surprise yourself with what you’re capable of. 💪

Progress doesn’t always come from doing more… sometimes it comes from doing things differently.

And if you’re just starting out and want to build more confidence in the gym, I highly recommend jumping into a few classes. It’s a great way to learn, stay motivated, and feel more comfortable trying new things!
