The most AMAZING people!!
Feeling such gratitude this morning to do what I do. Monday, Thursday and Saturdays.

We moved into a new (short) sequence last night. This means there were a few hiccups. And this brings the laughter. Over the years, my teaching has evolved into including some play into the practice. I have found it is best to find different ways to approach building strength, stamina and feeling flexibility.

Hi Friends,

There will be no class this Thursday at 4:45
Saturday at 8:30 is on, and I am down to a few spots.

We pick back up next week, with our regular schedule !

We have many new students we are welcome to the studio. So please don’t wait to sign up that day.

A Gentle reminder friends, classes start on time. If you are arriving at the start time, or after the door will be locked. Unless arrangements have been made prior to class.

I have some exciting news on the Horizon and I look forward to sharing with you in the coming months.
