Hi Friends, I am excited to share a new offering that I am bringing back to the studio. Alongside, my yoga teaching practice: Thai Yoga Massage.
Over the years, I've witnessed how much we carry in our bodies—stress, tension, life transitions, old patterns, and the demands of everyday living. Thai Yoga Massage offers an opportunity to slow down, receive, and reconnect.
This beautiful healing practice combines assisted stretching, mindful touch, rhythmic compression, and breath-centered movement to help restore balance, improve mobility, and support deep relaxation.
Received fully clothed on a comfortable mat, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs. Through a blend of movement, stillness, and therapeutic touch, Thai Yoga Massage creates space for the body to unwind, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to become more present.
