Get to know our certified SoftWave Provider, Dr. Craig Heinrich.
A major evolution in Dr. Heinrich’s career came in March 2021, when he became a certified SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Technologies provider and began incorporating SoftWave therapy into patient care. Recognizing the potential of this innovative technology, he became an early leader in bringing SoftWave to the Livingston County community.
In 2024, Dr. Heinrich opened Elevated Wellness and Chiropractic, becoming the first SoftWave provider in Livingston County. His experience with the technology and commitment to helping patients find options beyond simply living with pain have made SoftWave an important part of his approach to care.
In March 2026, Dr. Heinrich joined Duncan Chiropractic Group, bringing his extensive clinical experience and SoftWave expertise to the DCG team. Today, Duncan Chiropractic Group is proud to offer SoftWave therapy as part of its comprehensive approach to helping patients recover, stay active, and pursue a better quality of life.
Dr. Heinrich believes great healthcare starts with listening. His approach focuses on understanding each patient’s goals, identifying what may be holding them back, and developing a personalized plan designed to help them achieve meaningful, lasting improvement.
Outside the office, Dr. Heinrich is deeply rooted in the Livingston County community. He lives in Fowlerville with his wife, Jen, and their daughters, Ava and Audrey. Their family also includes Baxter, their golden retriever, and the newest addition, Louis, a dachshund puppy.
