Due to last nights storms, there is no power at ESP today. We will be closed until power is restored. We have reached out to clients who have appointments today, but some texts/calls are not able to go through.
We will reach out to reschedule as we learn when power will be back on.

✨ What is fascia, and why does it matter? ✨

Fascia is a thin but incredibly strong layer of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, bone, nerve, blood vessel, and organ in your body. Think of it as your body’s internal “web” that holds everything together.

When fascia is healthy, it glides smoothly, allowing you to move freely. But stress, injury, repetitive movements, poor posture, and even dehydration can cause fascia to become tight or restricted. This may contribute to:
• Muscle stiffness
• Reduced flexibility
• A feeling of tightness that stretching alone doesn’t relieve
• Aches and discomfort throughout the body

Massage therapy can help improve the mobility of the tissues, reduce muscle tension, and encourage healthy movement between layers of fascia. While research is still exploring exactly how manual therapy affects fascia, many people notice they move more comfortably and feel less restricted after treatment.

✨ Take care of your body from the inside out—healthy movement starts with healthy tissues.

Have you ever felt like your muscles were “stuck” no matter how much you stretched? You might be feeling the effects of tight fascia.
