Your massage therapist at 7 AM on a Tuesday. 😈

Doing bodywork for 23 years doesn’t happen by chance. Longevity in my career is built. It requires more than just strong hands.

It’s a full-body job.

I spend hours standing, hinging, rotating, reaching, bracing, shifting my weight and generating force through my arms and hands.
When I was young and dumb, I trained body parts splits. Not functional movement patterns. And I paid for it with some lumbar issues.

So if I want to do this work for the long haul, I better train my body like an athlete—not just stretch it when it hurts.

šŸ”„ Training Posterior chain.
Glutes. Hamstrings. Back.
These muscles help me create power from my hips and transfer that force through my body instead of dumping all the load into my shoulders, elbows and low back.

šŸ”„ Training Cross-body patterning
That’s where movements like this single-arm kettlebell pendulum swing come in. I’m training my body to coordinate the hips, trunk and opposite side of the body while maintaining control and producing force.

That matters when your job requires you to use your entire body to create pressure and movement for hours a day.

Did you know the lifespan of a massage therapist’s career is 7 years?

And I’m not interested in *just* being able to do this work.

I want to be really f’ing good at it—and still be doing it 20 years from now.

So yeah…

This is your massage therapist at 7 AM on a Tuesday.

I’m so excited to share that my practice has a new home!
TAB MASSAGE AND FITNESS
Beginning Monday Aug 3rd, 2026, I’ll be welcoming clients for therapeutic massage, life and health coaching from a beautiful new office located inside Lifetime Family Chiropractic in Brighton.

While I’ll be practicing from their building, my business remains completely independent. I’m simply renting office space in this wonderful location, and all my services will continue to be provided exclusively through my private practice.

This move feels like a natural next step. I’ve always believed that true healing happens when we care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and I’m grateful to have found a space that supports that mission. Dr. Melissa Osborn had been a leader in holistic, whole person health since 2010.

Although my location is changing, my commitment to providing personalized, one-on-one care remains exactly the same. Whether you come to me for pain relief, stress reduction, movement restoration, health coaching, or guidance through life’s transitions, you’ll continue to receive the thoughtful, individualized care you’ve come to expect.

I can’t wait to welcome you into this beautiful new space and continue supporting you on your journey toward greater health, strength, and resilience.

Thank you to Chris Down and Hillary Down at Phoenix Performance Training for a great 4+yrs. Once a Phoenix, always a Phoenix!

Thank you to every client who has trusted me with your care over the last 23 years. Your support has made this next chapter possible, and I look forward to seeing you in my new space! Please text my office if you have any questions or concerns

You can’t ā€œhormone replacement therapyā€ your way out of decades of unhealthy lifestyle choices.
For decades, our hormones showed up for us, and all we do is blame them for everything that’s wrong with our health and everything that’s wrong in our life. Once we hit 40. Perhaps we should start being grateful for everything that they’ve done for us and all the ways that they’ve had our back and really truly understand how to nourish them and support them.
