I’m so excited to share that our practice has a new home!

Beginning Monday Aug 3rd, 2026, we be welcoming clients for therapeutic massage, life and health coaching from a beautiful new office located inside Lifetime Family Chiropractic at 7487 Grand River Ave. in Brighton.

While I’ll be practicing from their building, my business remains completely independent. I’m simply renting office space in this wonderful location, and all my services will continue to be provided exclusively through my private practice.

This move feels like a natural next step. I’ve always believed that true healing happens when we care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and I’m grateful to have found a space that supports that mission.
Dr. Melissa Osborn has been a leader in holistic, whole person health in Livingston County since 2010.

Although my location is changing, my commitment to providing personalized, one-on-one care remains exactly the same. Whether you come to me for pain relief, stress reduction, movement restoration, health coaching, or guidance through life’s transitions, you’ll continue to receive the thoughtful, individualized care you’ve come to expect.

I can’t wait to welcome you into this beautiful new space and continue supporting you on your journey toward greater health, strength, and resilience.

Have you ever wondered why I prefer starting you face up for a massage? This is why…
Little things make a BIG difference. Understanding fluid flow routes and pipes is one of those things.

Supply chain logistics or how the body works in healing. Blood flow in. Blood flow out.

You can have a blood flow issue far removed from where your pain is that impacts your ability to heal. Why? You are a closed container. All pipes connect.

Where you release first is a huge deal in how the body reacts to therapy. From a nervous system fight or flight standpoint and how fluids move based on your pressure changing flow.
Like an Uber big deal.

20 years ago today, I graduated massage therapy school from Irene’s Myomassolgy Institute

I am deeply grateful for all of my clients that I have been able to serve. It’s truly an honor. I stand of the shoulder of giants, and I too, hope one day to pay it forward.

📍ELEVATE YOUR SAUNA SESH TO SUPPORT DETOX 📍 Here’s a few tips I’ve learned over the 10 years of using sauna therapy 💁🏼‍♀️

💧 HYDRATION: Ensure adequate fluids before, during, and after your sauna session

💧 ELECTROLYTES: Replace electrolytes and minerals pre, during & post sauna sesh (faves in bio)

💧SWEAT ASSIST: If you have trouble sweating, try some freshly brewed ginger tea with fresh squeezed lemon—not only will it elevate core temperature, but ginger is also a diaphoretic and has a hyperthermic response, so encourages perspiration

💧TOWEL OFF: Have a towel ready to swipe off sweat (toxins) as you go and be sure to take a binder to prevent their recirculation + deposition. Shower immediately after for the same reason! 🚿

💧 GO EASY: Start LOW (temp, duration) and build up SLOWLY. I started a decade ago at 90 degrees for 5 minutes and gradually increased my tolerance from there.

4. some endocrine disruptors (phthalates)
5. some mold toxins (mycotoxins) like ochratoxin A
