Tattoo artist do pay a different rental price due to the difference in income capabilities this can be discussed and negotiated 🎨 that area is not shown in the picture and is a designated tattoo area that is larger in the back of the building and has sinks.
Must have an established clientele base
No trouble, no drama, no egos.
Must be experienced, licensed, and most importantly KIND temperament towards others.
There is no sink hook up in these rooms that are separate from tattoo area.
Your lease amount includes all of the amenities within the studio
