We are between seasons … as far as seasonal teas go!

Fall blend ‘Autumn Dreamcatcher’ harvest is underway…but won’t be available til later in September.

That’s the tea blend ‘Inner Stillness’ —•
A blend I created for my meditation practice during the pandemic…
I returned from India on March 10th 2020.
The plan was to continue my trainings with my teacher over Google meet / virtual classes.
I was struggling to focus - to be mindful of- to ‘be’ in my Inner Stillness.
My teacher said ‘aren’t you an Herbalist? Can’t you make a tea to help you?’

That’s when this blend was created & why.
It helped me stay connected to my Inner Stillness to be able to be more focused, more mindful, more able to sit.

Now my meditation & mantra practices, along with vinyasa / asana practice are daily and I can be in these practices fully and completely… feeling and knowing my inner peace.
