This month’s Gather & Grow Women's Circle theme is setting healthy boundaries including how to honor your needs, communicate clearly, protect your energy, and create relationships rooted in mutual respect.
Together, we’ll explore questions such as:
Do you find yourself saying “yes” when you really want to say “no”?
Do you feel guilty or selfish when prioritizing your own needs?
Do you struggle to communicate your limits clearly?
Are you afraid that setting boundaries will lead to conflict, rejection, or disappointing others?
Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and shared wisdom, we’ll explore how a lack of healthy boundaries can affect our relationships, self-esteem, emotional well-being, and ability to care for ourselves.
Adult women of all ages and stages welcome!
Gather & Grow Women's Circles are a monthly gathering for women to connect, share, reflect, and explore the many experiences that shape our lives. Each month, we’ll come together around a different topic from relationships and self-discovery to creativity, confidence, life transitions, and beyond.
Additionally, Kendra will create a custom blend of flower essences to support you in working through the given topic. You will have a 30-day supply of flower essences to take home with you to continue your growth beyond the discussion.
Through meaningful conversation and connection you’ll have an opportunity to pause, reflect, and nurture your own growth.
Come as you are. This is a space to connect with other women, share perspectives, and grow together. 🩷
