I posted this live feed to share these cool recipes but also follow along and listen to his conversation. Our skin issues lie internally. We can get all the micro needling, peels, lasers but that isn’t going to help the sunspots wrinkles and cystic acne.
Caffeine and chocolate kill our adrenals and age us prematurely. I deep down knew this. I just couldn’t pin point it because my whole life has been surrounded by caffeine and I love the flavors just really don’t like how jacked I feel.
Adios caffeine! lol I’m saying so long for now. Going to feed my body with live nutrients and watch how it radiates thru my skin! Who’s going to try it with me?

My kids begged us for a puppy. We found Olive! She is an 8-week old American Hairless Terrier. We chose this breed due to allergies. I swear she is perfect in every way, and I’m so happy we got her!

My little gal loves puppy naps! She’s also lucky I know a thing or two about skin care! I look forward to using the Oway dog wash on her in the near future. Nothing but the best for her.

Happy Father’s Day!

Men loved to be taken care of and deserve to treat themselves. Relaxation and rest promotes healing and a sense of calm. I used OWAY's men’s line beard and face wash and OWAY's men’s face and eye cream (two in one). He loved it!

It’s not oily, but hydrating, and the smell is natural and mild. I'll soon be incorporating Tactile ASMR into my services when I return!
