When women come together in a safe space, something beautiful can happen.

We begin to exhale, let our guards down, share what is on our hearts, and realize we don't have to navigate every chapter of life alone.

This is why I'm so passionate about bringing Sacred Circles to our community through Mystic Hooves Healing. 💛

I know what it's like to need a place where you can show up as you are, without judgment, without pressure to have it all figured out, and without feeling like you have to carry everything by yourself.

These circles are about connection, sisterhood, reflection, and spending intentional time with the horses. It's about creating space to be heard, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of women supporting women.

And we are gathering again this weekend!

✨ Investment: $22 per person
Spots are limited to 10 women per circle.

I'm also opening a few one-on-one sessions Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with availability before or after the circles.

Those words are powerful, because so many of us spend our lives showing up for everyone else while slowly losing touch with ourselves.

We keep the peace. We carry the weight. We put our own needs last. And sometimes, we forget what it feels like to simply be ourselves.

Sunrise Circle is your invitation to pause.

To breathe.
To reconnect.
To let yourself be seen and heard.
To spend meaningful time with the horses and connect with other women in a safe, supportive space.

We'll share a guided meditation, connect with the horses, and make room for honest conversation and reflection.

You don't have to have it all figured out.
You don't have to be okay.
You just have to show up as you are.

Tomorrow morning, I close a chapter that has taken almost a year to get through.

But the truth is, this chapter started closing long before the paperwork.

For years, I didn't feel welcomed.
I didn't feel whole.
I didn't feel like I was truly part of a family.
And I kept trying.
I kept trying to make things work.
I kept trying to create the best life for my children.
I kept trying to find my place.

Until I finally understood something:

Sometimes creating the best life for your children means having the courage to choose something different.

Walking away from an unhealthy marriage wasn't easy.

There were days I questioned myself.

Days I felt completely alone.

Days I reached out and told people what I was going through because I needed somewhere to put the weight of it.

I've kept so much of this private because some chapters aren't meant to be explained while you're still living them.

But tonight, on the eve of the final court date, I am looking at these messages, these opportunities, this business, these horses, this new life...

And I'm overwhelmed with gratitude.

Because back in February, I was looking for a place where I could live and have my horses.

I wrote down what I wanted.
I imagined it.
And then, somehow, piece by piece, it started becoming real.

The life I couldn't quite see yet was already making its way toward me.

And tonight I am reminded:

I am worthy.

Worthy of a home that feels like home.
Worthy of love that feels safe.
Worthy of people who see me.
Worthy of building something that is mine.
Worthy of being happy.
Worthy of choosing myself.

And most importantly, my children deserve to see their mom choose a life where she feels whole again.
I don't know exactly what tomorrow will feel like.

But I know this:

I'm not the woman who walked into this chapter anymore.

I'm stronger.
I'm clearer.
I'm more myself.
And this is only the beginning.

Here's to closing doors that needed to close...
And finally having the courage to walk through the ones that are opening. 💛

The best part? I'm just getting started.

There’s a moment in life when you realize you don’t want to keep being the strong one anymore.

The capable one.

The one who says yes when her body is already saying no.

Sometimes we find ourselves in an in-between season where the identity that held everything together is changing, and we don’t quite know who we are becoming yet.

That’s where the work begins.

Not by thinking our way through everything.

But by slowing down, becoming present, listening to our bodies, and creating space to reconnect with the parts of ourselves we may have pushed aside.

This is part of what I create at Mystic Hooves Healing.

A space to slow down.

To breathe.

To reconnect.

To be witnessed.

And to allow the horses to be part of the experience.
