Sweet!
OCT. 16, 2025 - BROKEN BOW, NEB - Broken Bow is the first emergency service in Nebraska to implement the revolutionary OneWeight™cot scale system from Hinkley Medical seamlessly integrated with the OneDose® app which house Nebraska’s statewide EMS Model Protocols. “We are first in the state to have this. We are very proud,” David Baltz, Emergency Service Director, said. The scale system, customed-installed on the ambulance cot manufacturer by Stryker, automatically measures patient weight and integrates with the OneDose® app to assist with medication dosing accuracy. This is critical to administering medications as well as providing weight if air transportation is necessary. See www.custercountychief.com for more info as well as the Oct. 23, 2025 Custer County Chief.
