Hi Brookings! After this weeks bags were made this is what we have left for supplies. We only have 3 more Fridays left of Cubby’s Corner for this school year and I would absolutely love to be able to finish the year strong! Thanks to this wonderful community we have been helping feed 150 kids for SIX MONTHS!!! So I am asking for big help guys and then I’ll be quiet until August πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ€£ we are in great need of Mac n cheese, fruit cups, chips, beef sticks, juice, ramen and cereal. 450 more bags until summer break πŸ’œ as always please reach out to Megan if you can help, or drop donations at Columbia bank πŸ’œπŸ’œ

reread my student journal from front to back on my last road trip north~

remembered the importance of lengthening those exhales from time to time when feeling wound up, which has been OFTEN with a busy spring schedule!! πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«

grateful for a life that gets to be this full and busy, and also grateful for those moments to slow down, come back to my own midline, and soften~ physically and mentally.

How can I redirect my reactions to be more fluid? By letting it melt. Soften. Release. Come back to the center, come back to the breath. Lean into the love.

Easier said than done, but a practice and a process nonetheless! Keep coming back to the practice.
