Our body piercers are the only APP (Association of Professional Piercers) members in Southern New Jersey. *** Minor policy: All minors need a school, state or government issued photo ID AND birth certificate as well as a parent or legal guardian's state or government photo ID. Legal guardians must also provide legal guardianship papers. For parents with different last names, things like marriage c
ertificates can help. Overall we need proof that you have the legal right to sign for this particular minor! At 15 years old you may get any piercing in your ears as well as nostrils and navel. At 16 you may get an oral, septum and/or eyebrow piercings. All other piercings require you to be 18 years or older.
***Minors must be at least 16 years old to get tattooed. Depending on the design and placement of the tattoo, the artist reserves the right to not tattoo a minor. DEPOSITS ON TATTOOS, PIERCINGS, PERMANENT COSMETICS, AND BODY JEWELRY ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Any purchases (including deposits) made using a credit or debit card will be charged a nominal 3.6% fee at the point of sale. There is no additional charge when paying with cash. A deposit ensures your appointment with any of our artists or piercers and goes towards the overall price of your tattoo, piercing, or custom jewelry order. If you need to reschedule your tattoo or piercing appointment you must contact 12 oz. Studios with more than 24 hours before your appointment or you will lose your deposit (the “24 hour” rule does not mean you have the option of having your deposit refunded, rather we will honor your deposit with your rescheduled appointment. Any/all deposits are non-refundable.) If you do not reschedule your tattoo or piercing appointment within 6 months you will lose your deposit. Failure to notify 12 oz Studios that you need to reschedule your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and you will need to leave a new deposit in order to reschedule your appointment. Failure to show for your scheduled appointment or arriving later than your appointment start time will result in the loss of your deposit. If you change your mind and no longer want to be tattooed or pierced after making an appointment and leaving a deposit you will still lose your deposit. Any appointment rescheduled more than once will result in the loss of your deposit. Those looking to reschedule a body piercing appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice may do so, but will be charged a reschedule fee equal to half the amount of their original deposit. The reschedule fee is a one time fee that does not go toward the overall cost of the piercing or jewelry.
