Golden sunshine in flower form ✨🌼

Calendula is one of those herbs I never want to be without in the apothecary or the garden. Known for its soothing, skin-loving properties, calendula has been used for generations to support irritated, dry, sensitive, and damaged skin. It’s rich in plant compounds that make it a favorite in herbal oils, salves, balms, teas, and body care products.

I lovingly harvest and dry much of my own calendula to use throughout my apothecary because I truly believe fresh, intentionally grown herbs make a difference. 🌿

You’ll find calendula infused into many of my Mystical Wild Roots creations — from healing salves and body oils to skincare and herbal blends. It’s one of my absolute favorite herbs for gentle nourishment and herbal support.

There’s just something magical about turning these vibrant golden petals into medicine for the skin and soul. ✨

Today we celebrate the tiny beings that help keep our world alive… the bees. 🐝🤍

Bees are responsible for pollinating so much of the food we eat and the herbs, flowers, fruits, and plants we depend on every single day. Without them, our gardens would struggle, our ecosystems would weaken, and the beauty of nature as we know it would begin to fade.

At Mystical Wild Roots, I’m endlessly grateful for these sacred little pollinators that dance from flower to flower, helping life continue to bloom. 🌿✨
