"Finding Dignity Weightloss and Elena saved my life! I’m a 53 yr old woman who was in so much pain, I was looking for medical weight loss for a quick fix to end my pain. I found MUCH more! Elena has helped me get my life back! She 1st ordered tests to find out what’s really going on and we found out I was insulin resistant and had inflammation in my joints. Then we discussed what they labs meant and made a plan. With 100% real food that I prepare I have gone down 25 pts for my insulin as well as 20lbs lost!
