This is an admirable distillation of the principles of structural integration.
Even just the opening segment—before the Q&A—filled me with joy. It clearly and succinctly articulates the way I aspire to work with my clients: respecting the intelligence of the body, honoring gravity as an organizing force, and engaging structure as a living, adaptable system rather than something to be “fixed.”
