We are deeply grateful to the Hunter Houle Memorial Foundation for their continued support of Crescent Cove in honor of Hunter, an 18-year-old snowmobile racer whose life was tragically cut short.

Since his passing in 2017, Hunter’s family chose to "let his spirit live on" (their tagline) by dedicating themselves to helping others. In April, Josh Winfield attended the Foundation’s gala and accepted this generous grant on behalf of Crescent Cove. We extend our sincere thanks to Hunter’s family and friends for the meaningful work they continue to do in his memory.

We love Summer, both the sunshine-filled season and this bright, joyful girl! Watching her grow has been such a gift. From tiny beginnings to a busy, creative spirit, she now fills her days with colorful art projects and cozy snuggles with a good book. Every moment with her is as sweet as a perfect summer day. Thank you for sharing your light with us, Summer!

Tents are for indoor use too! Angelina had such a great time "tent camping" at Crescent Cove this past week. Things Angelina showed us you can do from inside a tent: play with sensory toys, listen to a ukelele being strummed, snuggle with a blanket, and smile lots and lots! We are wishing everyone a safe and healthy Memorial Day weekend! Thank you for helping us Make Moments Count for kids at Crescent Cove.

These incredible agents of TWO Keller Williams agencies showed us how to show up for others! Realtors and employees from Keller Williams Classic Realty Northwest and Keller Williams Classic Realty volunteered on "Red Day," their day of volunteerism. Some came to our Home for groundskeeping here at Crescent Cove, and others were deployed to our families' homes to help them with outdoor chores. Thank you to everyone who donated your hours of labor to help families of children with life-limiting conditions — we are grateful for you!

It was a year ago this weekend that Joe Mauer was at our Home for our annual Spring Fling for families and threw the ball around with kids and families. This weekend we will be out at Target Field, and our recent grad, Joe V, will be throwing the ceremonial first pitch! If you're at the game on Saturday the 16th, stop by our booth by Section 139 and say hi!

This cutie has been coming to Crescent Cove for respite care since we first opened in 2018! She was just a baby then, and my how she's grown! Our staff and volunteers loved finding ways to put a smile on Saleemat's face. Hanging out with Ace the police and therapy dog was definitely one way, as well as time spent reading together and playing with toys. Thanks for spending time with us, Saleemat!
