Elite Nursing Services, Inc. was founded fifteen (15) years ago, using the basement of our home as its first office. Six months later, we moved the office to 2393 C**n Rapids Boulevard in C**n Rapids, but outgrew the space. We then moved to Shingle Creek Parkway building before relocating to the building below, where our offices are currently located.

If you were to ask me for the secret behind our success, my single worded answer would be, GOD. He laid the foundation and continues to faithfully build on it. The Lord has been the General Manager of Elite Nursing Services, Inc.

We are so grateful to Him.

Staffing Coordinator's Responsibilities include:
- Seek quality candidates and be sure
they have all documentation and
training.
- Process new referrals for care
- Develop weekly care schedules for
clients
- Filling and organizing clients' folders
- Arrange for backup caregivers
- Filling in as direct support worker if no
caregiver is available
- Coordinating Qualified Professional/QP
supervisory appointments
- Is responsible for the disciplinary
protocol of staff under Elite policy
guidelines
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to
state and local protocols in tandem
with the director or nursing
