With mixed emotions and a lot of relief, I have permanently closed South of Baltimore Tattoo. I believe another tattoo shop has leased the space. Thanks to those of you that came in over the last 5+ years. I wish the experience had turned out better for me. Brooklyn was unforgiving. I hope the next shop owners can bring new success to an awesome little tattoo shop. Good luck everyone! -Phil Falcone.

I’m looking for 5-8 people who will book with me tomorrow for an extremely discounted price for dermal’s & ni***es !

Also a few belly buttons as well (I have done multiple of these but need more for my portfolio)

- must be 18+
- must be okay with them going into my portfolio!

This is the only time they will be discounted as I am learning when it comes to dermal’s & ni***es but highly confident to achieve them so the dermal’s & ni***es are being done with my mentor watching.
