Screen time and social media are part of everyday life for most families. The goal isn't to eliminate them completely—it's to help children and teens learn how to use them in healthy ways.

Focus on progress, not perfection. Staying connected with your child matters more than having all the right answers.

What boundaries or habits have worked well in your home when it comes to screens and social media?

We'd love to hear what has helped your family 💚
