🪒SHAVING BEFORE LASER SESSION should’ve become a mantra for all my laser lovers long time ago! ☝🏻

🤔BUT WHY EXACTLY DO WE HAVE TO DO THAT?

You want to remove as much hair as possible so that it doesn’t absorb most of the laser’s energy.

🫣Not shaving before laser hair removal treatment may not only reduce the effectiveness of the treatment but can also sometimes lead to burning or leaving “cat scratches” on the skin. Plus, when the hair is long, the laser energy does not reach the follicle, making the process ineffective and painful.

I strongly suggest shaving THE NIGHT 🌚 before the treatment and NEVER immediately before your laser hair removal treatment, as this increases the odds for INFLAMMATION AND SWELLING
