Thank you to the leaders, staff, and volunteers who made this year’s bi-annual Black Yoga Teachers Alliance (BYTA) Conference possible.
The wisdom, courage, and strength I witnessed this year are immeasurable.
From the choice of location to the workshops offered, I felt the collective community elevating, maturing, ascending.
May this year’s message, “Still Rising,” become a mantra for everything I envision, design, create, and bring into being.
Pass or Fail.
Win or Lose.
High or Low.
I am Still Rising.
