💧 Fluid saves lives in burn patients

Formula:
4 × Body weight (kg) × %TBSA

⏱️ Fluid Plan:
• First 8 hrs → ½ total
• Next 16 hrs → ½ total

📊 Example:
60 kg + 30% burn
➡️ Total = 7200 mL
➡️ 3600 mL (first 8 hrs)
➡️ 3600 mL (next 16 hrs)

⚠️ Remember:
• Start timing from burn, not arrival
• Monitor urine output
• Adjust as needed
