🍓🫐 Frozen Berry Apple Banana Smoothie

Serves: 2
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

* 1 frozen banana, sliced
* 1 frozen apple, sliced and cored
* ½ cup frozen strawberries
* ½ cup frozen blueberries
* 1 cup strawberry yogurt
* 1 cup coconut water
* 1–2 teaspoons brown sugar, or to taste
* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
* ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
* ½–1 cup ice, as desired

Directions

1. Add the coconut water and strawberry yogurt to a blender.
2. Add the frozen banana, apple, strawberries, and blueberries.
3. Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice.
4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Add a little more coconut water if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
6. Serve immediately while cold.

Tip: The frozen fruit helps make the smoothie thick and refreshing, so you can use less ice if you prefer a creamier texture
