At 68, I don’t just put skincare on my face…
I eat it too. ✨
And if we were sitting at my kitchen table with coffee, this is the part I’d tell you like a girlfriend:
I was already doing the “healthy” things.
I walked.
I exercised.
I bought the eggs, berries, spinach and salmon on my normal Walmart run here in Austin.
But I still had days where I felt puffy, sluggish, tired by the afternoon, and honestly… frustrated.
Because when you’re doing everything “right,” you start wondering:
“What am I still missing?”
These are the 10 things I keep coming back to:
🥚 Eggs — easy protein
🫐 Blueberries — my everyday favorite
🥑 Avocado — healthy fats
🥬 Spinach — wherever I can add it
🐟 Salmon — my go-to dinner
🥜 Walnuts — my easy snack
🍠 Sweet potatoes — filling and simple
🥣 Greek yogurt — quick protein
💧 Water — boring, but essential
And then there’s #10.
The one a girlfriend told me about when I was complaining that I was eating well, exercising… and still didn’t feel like myself.
🌿 Moringa.
That was my “wait… why has nobody told me about this?” moment.
What got my attention was hearing women talk about Moringa for energy, digestion and simply feeling better day to day.
And as I’ve gotten older, I don’t eat nearly as much as I used to. I wanted one SIMPLE thing I could add to my mornings to support my energy and help round out my wellness routine.
No 12-step routine.
No complicated powders.
Just something I can actually stay consistent with.
I still eat real food. I still move my body.
But Moringa is the little secret I added that I now hate running out of. 🌿
If you’re in your 50s or 60s, doing all the “right” things but still feel like something is missing… this is the first thing I’d tell you to look into.
📌 Save this for your next Walmart run.

🌿 Comment “MORINGA” and I’ll send you the exact one I use + my simple morning routine.
