After suffering a massive stroke, Cathy arrived at Deptford Center completely dependent on others for all of her needs and requiring a hoyer lift for transfers. 💙

Through months of determination, support from her therapy team, and incredible hard work both physically and emotionally, Cathy progressed from standing in the parallel bars to walking with a cane and preparing to return home to her children and sisters. 👏

After a stroke and a leg amputation due to diabetes, Lonnie arrived at Hammonton Center determined to walk again and return home. 💙
With the help of PT, OT, and Speech Therapy, Lonnie worked tirelessly toward his goal—and now, he’s heading home walking with a left leg prosthesis and rolling walker.

“Recovery is not easy, but with an open mind, determination, and honesty about your goals, progress is possible.” 💙

After a BKA of his right lower extremity, Greg arrived at Oneida Center unable to independently perform self-care, transfers, or ambulation. Through determination and the support of his therapy team, Greg regained his strength, overcame both physical and mental barriers, and worked toward his goal of returning home. 💪

Two years ago, Mr. Edward Gordon arrived at Hammonton Center after a stroke requiring total assistance for all care. Today, he’s walking over 200 feet with a quad cane, managing stairs, and finally heading home to his family. 💙

His determination never wavered—and neither did his goal of returning home. We are so proud to have been part of this incredible journey. 👏

Big congratulations to Jamie Hogancamp at Rochester Center! 🎉💙

This month, Jamie officially completed her CFY, received her CCCs, and her NYS license became effective! Throughout her CFY, she has been a dependable therapist, a valued member of the rehab team, and even stepped in to support Ontario Center when they needed SLP coverage.

Jamie says, "Whether it be through helping them eat and drink what they love, communicate effectively with their loved ones, or helping them with cognitive skills, it is an honor to build relationships with my patients and play a role in maintaining their independence and quality of life for as long as possible!"

Such a huge accomplishment—we’re so proud of you, Jamie! 👏
