Great workout with and amazing group of people both young and old. This is a strength and conditioning class and we used every muscle group yesterday. This class will definitely push you.

Back home by the beach. Took Kyrie to Summer Rising and then I went about my walk. 5 miles in. PT later on today. Im glad to because that walk has my knee on 🔥🔥🔥🔥
