Today's walk was good. I wore my knee brace and went without the cane. I walked 7.73 miles 16,906 steps. My goal daily is 17000. I walked from B*h 22nd to B*h 100th and back. I will feel this later. So let me pop these ibuprofen and rest my leg before I fo pick up little man from school for football practice later. #

I spent the day watching my niece, my best friend since 1995 daughter Kace Urlacher and her team Chicago State Women's basketball play Wagner Women's Bball in Staten Island. It was a good game. They didn't get the win but they never gave up. I was impressed. This beautiful, intelligent woman is going places. with this one, you don't have to worry.

These past 8 days have been tough to say the least. Finding out your friend and colleague passed away suddenly is heartbreaking. The whole Bushwick Campus community is in shock and disbelief. We tried to keep it close to the vest from the students as they were in the middle of regents, however they found out and it has been tough on us all.
Mr. Wolf you will be missed tremendously. Walking into the gym and not seeing you and hearing you say Wade you're the best PE teacher in Bushwick will be hard, although we know you said it to everyone lol. Seeing you joking with the students and having a good time will be missed. Fly High Mr. Wolf. You will forever be in our hearts.

Good morning friends and family. We need your help. is hosting our last blood drive of the school year on June 5th from 9am -3pm. We are asking for help from our staff, students, parents and community to come out and support this cause. For every donation, you are saving 3 lives. All donors must be 16 years old or older. All 16 years old must have parent consent. If you need a form contact me. You will need your ID or Donor Card if you have. We hope to see you there.
