Break it down, flip it, and reverse it 🤪 Our longtime client Claire had a few BVLA gold ends they wanted converted from threaded to threadless. Sounds simple… but pieces with shapes like these (and this large) can actually be pretty tricky in threadless form since uneven pressure during insertion can make them more prone to damage. So the geniuses over at BVLA (special shoutout to our guy Adam 👏) came up with a better solution: convert the decorative ends into threadless posts instead. We finished everything off with oversized flat discs to distribute pressure more evenly and make insertion smoother and more secure. Bonus? Claire has some dexterity challenges, so this setup also makes it much easier to swap jewelry independently. A win-win and one of those custom solutions that makes us love what we do. ✨
