On May 1st we launched At The Table - Holistree's tenth anniversary initiative and the most significant work we've built in ten years.

At The Table is a research and conversation initiative centering Black women in leadership. We're asking the questions that don't get asked, capturing the answers that don't get documented, and publishing the findings as a nationally co-published cultural report - The Testimony - that puts what Black women actually want and need somewhere it cannot be ignored.

We are starting with a survey. And we have an ambitious goal.
1,000 Black women sharing their voice.

If you are a Black woman who leads: in corporate, nonprofit, entrepreneurship, education, or anywhere in between we want to hear from you. The survey takes 8 minutes and every response shapes what this report becomes.
