As artists, we’re trained to chase perfection.
Clean lines, smooth gradients, no deviation.

But tattooing isn’t printing.
The body changes everything.

It bends.
It breathes.
It rewrites the plan in real time.

What looked perfect on paper
starts to shift once it’s alive.

Contrast changes with your skin tone.
Lines wrap in ways you couldn’t fully predict.
And sometimes, just a fraction of an inch..
changes an expression entirely.

So we adjust.
We respond.
We work with it, not against it.

Because those moments,
the ones you can’t fully design

are usually where it stops being the idea…
and starts becoming your tattoo.

Not perfect.
Not repeatable.
Just yours.

Somehow you always land exactly where you’re supposed to.
