CranioSacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on bodywork technique used to relieve chronic pain, reduce stress, and improve functioning of the central nervous system by manipulating the skull, spine, and sacrum. Utilizing a light touch, your therapist will release deep tensions to alleviate pain, improve central nervous system function, and boost overall health.

With over 12 years of experience in therapeutic massage, Gabrielle integrates Swedish techniques with various modalities tailored to each client’s needs. Utilizing a holistic approach, she ensures the connection between physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and creates a personalized experience for every client. She will be offering Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal, Heated Stone and bringing two new services with Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy.
