Hearing the word “biopsy” can feel overwhelming. A biopsy is a tool for answers, and preparation helps the day go more smoothly.

Before your biopsy, follow the instructions provided by our team. In general, patients are reminded to eat, stay hydrated, avoid certain medications or supplements as instructed, wear a supportive bra, and plan for light activity afterward.
Most importantly: you will not be left to figure it out alone.

These products can interfere with image quality. Wear something comfortable, and if you have prior mammogram images, bring them with you so the doctor can compare.

Dr. Priyanka Grover’s passion for women’s health began through early volunteer work caring for women and children, and continued through years of advanced training in radiology, breast imaging, and interventions. Today, that mission lives at WIIN Health.

Here, patients are not rushed. Questions are welcome. Communication matters. And every woman deserves to feel informed, respected, and supported throughout her care.
