Tonight Sunday I must be prepared for all of Mondays energy demands. Replacing the word food with energy will allow my vision and judgement to be more reliable and dependable. My energy for Monday will be more predictable. Having a good amount of calories, consuming a few yummy carbs before bed will allow my metabolism to reset.Hydration and a slight surplus of foods that don't make your stomach upset gives your body no choice but to judge the chemistry in your current state and it says today is as a win . If you've been dieting for 3 days straight, eating at a slight surplus will recharge you like nothing else ...those are the days where you say I suddenly woke up at 5am and I was ready to go ..... The food rhythms I promote in my PDf is what I seem to go back to every time things get difficult and it seems like I don't want to stop eating a particular food that is not so good for me ..it's really really hard in today's world food is good.. But energy is more valuable. Don't forget that.
