Heather’s the proud mom of William (8 years old), a native of the Laguna Madre area, and currently serves on the Point Isabel ISD Tarpons Board of Trustees.
Heather is a legal powerhouse with 20+ years of experience that include civil litigation, personal injury litigation, employment law, and mediation. Her accolades include Managing Partner and co-founder of Guerra, Scott & Molina, PLLC—serving all of South Texas with offices in McAllen and Brownsville. Her introduction to Moody Clinic came as a parent of a Moody Clinic patient, igniting a desire to serve and give back after experiencing firsthand the tremendous positive impact on her family and so many others who have children with special needs.
