I love working with adolescents. One of the toughest realities for those going to college is accepting that many luxuries they had living at home will end once they leave for college. Learning how to wash clothes, clean bathrooms and cook can seem overwhelming.

I usually encourage parents of seniors to start teaching their kids how to wash clothes, cook and any other household chores.

We all experience difficult days or moments in our lives, some days are harder than others. However, we must remember that these days will pass. Here are a few reminders for those hard days.

I was lucky to witness a beautiful rainbow 🌈 yesterday as I was leaving the gym. I had to captured this moment.

It’s a beautiful reminder that after the storms and dark clouds, the bright light starts to peek through.
