Tomorrow begins a new month, and today is the perfect day to clear away stagnant energy and prepare your home for new blessings.

I recommend to make some time to clean your space today. Open the windows, sweep and declutter, mop your floors with Florida Water or cleansing herbs, and use sage, rosemary, incense, prayer, or sound to refresh the energy of your home.

With the Full Moon energy still present, take a few moments to recharge your crystals, refresh your moon water, and reflect on what you’re ready to release before stepping into a new month.

Then tomorrow, focus on blessing your space. Blow cinnamon through your front door for abundance, light a candle, set your intentions, and welcome prosperity, peace, good health, love, and opportunity into your life.

Things to prepare before the Full Moon:

🕯️ Cleanse your space with sage, incense, sound, or prayer
🔮 Charge your crystals in the moonlight
💧 Make a jar of moon water to use in future rituals, baths, or plant care
📖 Journal what you’re ready to release
🖊️ Write down intentions for the next chapter of your life

Esta mañana tuve el honor de ser invitada a un espacio verdaderamente sagrado. Un hogar lleno de intención, magia, autenticidad y amor.

La experiencia fue profundamente hermosa. A través de la hipnosis, la meditación, ejercicios terapéuticos y la vibración de los cuencos tibetanos, nos guiaron hacia un espacio de conexión interior, sanación emocional, protección mental y amor propio.

Y honestamente… se sintió.

Como alguien que protege mucho su propia energía y su espacio sagrado, no siempre es fácil para mí abrirme completamente en lugares ajenos. Pero con ustedes me sentí segura, sostenida, querida, consentida y en paz. Eso no pasa todos los días.

Gracias Beto y Janet por el hermoso sound bath y por sostener un espacio tan amoroso y auténtico con la hipnosis y la meditación. Juntos hacen un equipo muy especial y lo que crean tiene una energía muy genuina.

Me fui con el corazón lleno de gratitud y sintiéndome honrada de haber sido invitada a compartir su templo y su medicina.

Y definitivamente me quedé con muchas ganas de regresar. Ya estoy esperando con emoción poder acompañarlos pronto en su próximo temazcal. 🔥
