Sometimes itā€™s easy to fall for that voice inside that says ā€œI canā€™tā€. Between three jobs, 2 kids, a house that Iā€™m doing my best to maintain all on my own, I get it. That voice is powerful and persuasive. I fall for it at least once a week if not once a day. But then I also remember that ā€œI canā€ and that that voice is not me. Itā€™s that old fear based conditioning. And itā€™s not true. So keep going babes, because you got this!

Iā€™ve always been a little panicky, a little anxious, a little glass is half empty kinda person by nature (or maybe it was the dashes of childhood trauma šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø). But Iā€™ve also been a lot resilient, resourceful, and, as Iā€™ve grown into myself as a woman, Iā€™ve also grown into the firm foundation that ā€œI got thisā€, whatever it may be. Running a small business (ok 2 in my case) is tough, but itā€™s also fun, joyous, and rewarding. And Iā€™m so grateful that I chose to take the chance on myself. Is there an opportunity youā€™ve been scared to try? Is there a door waiting to be opened by you? Maybe itā€™s time to bet on yourself and take the leap! šŸ˜‰
