👨👔 This past weekend was Father’s Day,

We’d like to take a moment to celebrate all of the fathers, grandfathers, expecting fathers, and father figures in our Chiropractic Spine Center family. Thank you for the love, guidance, support, and strength you bring to the people around you every day!

We're especially grateful for two incredible dads on our team, Dr. Nick and Jay. Not only are they devoted fathers to their families, but they also serve as "work dads" to the rest of us. Whether it's offering advice, lending a helping hand, making us laugh, or simply looking out for everyone, they help make our office feel like family 💙

We're so thankful for everything they do, both at home and here at Chiropractic Spine Center!

It’s Trinity’s last week at the Chiropractic Spine Center,

As many of our patients know, Trinity has been such an important part of our office. From welcoming everyone at the front desk with a smile to helping make the office feel warm and inviting every day, she has truly been an incredible asset to our team.

This week, we are celebrating Trinity as she prepares for an exciting new chapter: moving to Japan, a goal she has worked toward for many years 🇯🇵✨

We are so proud of everything she has accomplished and so grateful for the care, positivity, and dedication she brought to our office and patients.

Many people are getting back into activities like walking, gardening, running, golfing, and swimming as the weather gets warmer.

As activity levels increase, so can stiffness, soreness, and the risk of injury if the body isn’t prepared properly.

That’s why Dr. Nick and Dr. Aden recommend taking a few simple steps to get your body moving safely this season:
🔆 A 10-minute stretch
🔆 A 5-minute brisk walk before activity

These small habits can help wake up the muscles, improve mobility, and prepare your body for movement before jumping into summer activities.

A little preparation can go a long way toward helping you stay active, healthy, and feeling your best all summer long.

✨ What an amazing weekend serving our community! ✨

This past weekend, Dr. Nick and Dr. Aden had the opportunity to participate in several incredible community events throughout the area.

🍎🧑‍🏫 We were grateful to provide care and connect with staff at both Ella Canavan Elementary and Sidney Fenn Elementary, continuing our mission of supporting the people who do so much for our community every day

🏃🏁 We also had a great time attending two local 5K events, the Medina Half Marathon & 5K and the Olmsted Falls 5K, where we were able to meet so many wonderful members of the community who are passionate about health, movement, and wellness.

We’re incredibly thankful for every opportunity to serve, educate, and connect with the communities around us. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us this weekend. We truly appreciate your support 🫶
