As cute as they are, sticky foods like gummy bears put teeth at a very high risk for developing cavities! Help your child avoid sticky foods like dried fruit (think dried mango, dates, raisins, etc), gummy vitamins and especially candies 💙

Originally from northern Arkansas, Dr. Anna loves ALL things Maine! She has 3 children and 3 dogs so no, her house is not quiet and yes, she totally empathizes with busy parents 😅 if she’s able to sneak in some free time she loves home DIY, cooking, gardening, live music and all things on the water. She’s currently planning her pollinator garden for the spring and hopes to one day care for honeybees 🐝 she also loooooooves a good joke…
