Fear keeps a lot of people from getting on the Reiki table.

You cannot control anything outside of you.

But you can control your awareness, your growth, your response.

That is your power. So stay focused on you.

Be so committed to your self-care…
your healing…your evolution…that you no longer have the desire to fixate on where others fall short.

Remember why you started.

to heal, to find peace, to grow, to shine your light into the world.

Why Reiki?

Because it’s what my own healing journey led me to.

I’ve always been the people pleaser. The problem solver. The “let me help you fix this” friend.

I would spend hours talking people through their pain, trying to understand their choices, their past, their patterns, their why.

And honestly? I loved it. I’ve always loved discovering people on a deeper level.

But I also had to learn the hard truth:

I can’t fix anyone but myself.

Reiki taught me boundaries. It taught me how to honor my own energy. It taught me that helping people doesn’t mean carrying them.

Now, I get to hold space in a healthier way.

I get to share what helped me heal.
I get to create a safe space for people to slow down, feel what they need to feel, reconnect with themselves, and move through something they may have been carrying for far too long.

Reiki is beautiful work.

And I’m here because I want to share it with anyone who feels open to receiving it.
