What a special evening at Longue Vue House and Gardens for the Happy Meal experience! 🌿✨
I had the joy of reading my children’s book with an amazing group of kids before heading into the gardens, where they picked edible flowers and herbs, tasted them fresh from the garden, and discovered how fun healthy food can be. We then brought our harvest back to our space and enjoyed two delicious recipes from my book together. We spent the evening talking, learning, and exploring the beauty of the gardens.
Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed their own Happy Meal experience with meaningful conversations around the benefits of plant-based eating and overall wellness.
And to top it all off, Fred Wesley was there to help kick things off — what an incredible surprise and honor! 🎶
